THIS BOOTCAMP FOCUS WILL BE ON DEVELOPING THE MUSCLE-UP!
How it works:
Will have a starting date of 9/5/24 and will run 6 weeks long
EVERY THURSDAY MORNING @7:30-8:30am
Will only be accepting 12 people maximum for the BootCamp
Every 6 weeks a new BootCamp will commence changing the focus and/or building upon the last BootCamp
Is very similar to how one on one training would be with the exception of it being in a group setting (allowing it to be more fun, and have more people to hold you accountable)
If you miss a session, you will lose that session!
Pricing: Each session will be $20 unless an existing gym member, then it is $15
6 WEEKS:
Existing gym member: $90 +small service charge
Non gym member: $120+ small service charge
