DAY 1: Beginner Handstand + Flexibility
All levels welcome
Handstand Session: Covering basic handstand concepts such as alignment, balance, strength development and how to progress long-term in your practice.
Flexibility session: Covering the main positions to master lower body flexibility - front splits, middle splits, pike, and pancake. You’ll receive individualized feedback and specific exercises to help you unlock new levels of flexibility
DAY 2: Beginner Handstand + Bodyweight Strength
All levels welcome
Handstand Session: A recap on day 1 and an introduction of new variations of familiar exercises to help you perfect your kick up, balance, and press to handstand.
Strength Session: With a main focus on learning how to muscle up we’ll cover all you need to know about pulling and pushing strength to master your body weight
