The first Sunday of each month CBT will be hosting a group event called Slackline Sundays from 1-4pm.
The intention of this event is to help teach, support & inspire the beginner who wants to learn more about balance training on a slackline. The San Diego slackline community is growing fast! CBT is committed to being a home for the growth of this amazing sport. Mingle, learn from a community of slackers all the way up to the professional level. In this event we will cover:
1-2pm Rigging: How to rig up your slackline??? For the beginner to advanced!
2-4pm Open gym slack fest!
-Trickline
-Rodeoline
-Longline
-Learn the basic prerequisite techniques to walk on a slackline in a safe & supportive environment.
-Learn how to perform static tricks and yoga postures on the line.
-Learn how to perform feet to feet tricks, bounces, spirals, flips & more advanced tricks on the line.
Balance training on the slackline is an awesome workout with benefits that include:
