What is a series?

This short video explains how our training series are structured and what to expect.


What We Train

Handstands:

The backbone to our gym and the stepping stone to achieving incredible skills

Bodyweight Strength:

Develop strength and coordination through progressive bodyweight training.

Flexibility:

Expand your usable range of motion so your body moves better and supports stronger skills.


Series Structure

  • Weekly coached classes

  • Progressive skill development

  • Small group training (12 people per series)

  • Designed for long term progress
